Cancelling your membership

We understand that there may be a time when you’re thinking about cancelling your membership with us. Before you do, we want to make sure that this is the right decision for you.

We know that sometimes people are looking for a temporary break to their membership. If this is you, then freezing your membership may be what you need. You can freeze for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.

All direct debit memberships require 30 days notice to cancel. We ask that you do not cancel your direct debit until you have received notification that your membership cancellation has been confirmed.
