Swimming can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter what age or ability.

If you want to swim to be more active and stay healthy, boost your mental wellbeing,  be more social in an aqua class, learn to swim or simply swim to have fun, we have varied pool sessions available.

Swimming Pool Timetables

With the easing of restrictions, pre-booking for all swimming sessions is no longer required.

Booking will remain in place for:

  • Lane Swimming
  • Selected Public Swim sessions
  • Aqua Tots
  • Selected Ladies Only Swims

For those sessions that need to be pre-booked, they continue to be shown online. For those sessions that no longer need to be pre-booked, these have been removed and you can just turn up at the centre to swim.
