Energy Club is a 10 week programme aimed at families who may be concerned about their child’s weight, looking to get more active or improve their health and wellbeing.
Delivered by the Healthy Lifestyle team and fully qualified sports coaches, children will take part in weekly sports and fun energetic activities, whilst nutrution workshops are offered to parent and carers.More information

During this 12 week course, our friendly, fully-qualified team will give you support to lose weight, set achievable goals, make healthier food choices, exercise to help with weight loss and learn skills to prevent weight gain.
