Session for people who want to swim lengths for fitness. Lanes of the pool are roped off and allocated for fast, medium and slow swimmers.
Any under 16’s need to be of a lane swimming standard and be accompanied by an adult in the water.

Ladies/Men Only Swimming
Ladies only and Men only sessions are for swimmers to get into the pool and build confidence swimming with like-minded individuals removing the feeling of being nervous or self-conscious. Sessions are fully inclusive so that all faiths and religions can attend.
Adult Swimming Lessons
Adult ‘Swim Start’ lessons teach non-swimmers and weak swimmers vital lifesaving skills, basic swimming strokes, floatation, aquatic breathing and helps build confidence in a relaxed informal manner.
Adult ‘Swim Better’ lessons develop effective swimming strokes, diving, and lifesaving. These informal lessons allow adults to work towards individual goals.Adult Swimming Lessons
