Staff Voice exists to provide all employees with a way to share your thoughts, ideas, and concerns on the topics that matter most. It provides an open and inclusive space where staff can raise important issues, suggest improvements, and highlight areas of interest.
Staff Voice ensures that staff feedback is heard and communicated directly to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), with the aim of helping to shape decisions for everyone.
