These terms and conditions apply to ‘Claim A Free 1 Day Pass’ (“the Promotion”) run byYour Trust (rochdale Boroughwide Cultural Trust) of PO Box 428, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1ZL (“the Promoter”), and by entering themselves into the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them
Your Free 1 Day Pass
- Entrants must complete their details at www.yourtrustrochdale.co.uk/claim-your-free-1-day-pass and select their preferred Your Trust venue – Heywood Sports Village, Littleborough Sports Centre, Middleton Arena or Rochdale Leisure Centre.
- All entries must be received by the closing date. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received during the qualifying period.
- It is a condition of entry that all centre rules are accepted as final and that the entrant abides by any rules/guidance in place in the centre. Details of safety measures that are in place to ensure that Your Trust venues are covid secure including social distancing, cleaning and the use of face masks/coverings
- Submission of an entry will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. A zero tolerance policy is in operation in each your Trust centre.
- Your Trust reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a free day pass to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
- Your free 1 day pass entitles you to use the gym, swimming pool or group exercise class at one of the participating Your Trust venue – Heywood Sports Village, Littleborough Sports Centre, Middleton Arena or Rochdale Leisure Centre. The free day pass is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The pass is not transferable.
- Due to Covid-19 social distancing measures that are currently in place, all sessions must be pre-booked in a specific time slot. A member of the Your Trust team will arrange this for you when contact is made to confirm your Free Day Pass.
- Free Day Passes must be redeemed by 31 December 2021. No passes can be used after the expiry date.
- The Free Day Pass is valid for those over the age of 16 and cannot be redeemed by anyone aged 16 and under.
- One Free Day Pass application per person is permitted.
- Valid for non-members only.
Data protection and publicity
- Your Trust is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Your Trust Privacy Policy which is available on our website: yourtrustrochdale.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy
- By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Your Trust in line with the privacy policy.
Governing law
- Your Trust reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
