ACTIVE RECOVERY 02 Lower Body Foam Rolling

This upper body session is a little more gnarly than the Full Body Flush, and focuses on the hip flexors, lower back, mid-upper back, lats and triceps and the biceps and front of your shoulders. We roll the full length of the muscle, then dig deeper into the tender area of the muscle, holding on the tender part for 20 seconds to help release the tight areas of the muscle.
