  • Please note: If you are referring more than one person, a new form is needed for each person. Please do not enter multiple names on one form.

Terms and Conditions

  • These terms and conditions apply to Refer a Friend (“the Promotion”) run by Your Trust Rochdale (“the Promoter”), and by entering themselves into the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.
  • The Promotion is for Your Trust members to receive 1 month free membership (“the Reward”) for referring their friend to join on a Your Trust membership. 
  • The Promotion is available from 1 – 31 August 2026 and can be removed at any point without prior notice.
  • Offer available online only – unique Promo Code must be inputted at the time of joining in order to claim the offer.
  • Referred joiners must purchase a Your Trust health & fitness membership – Plus, Extra, Corporate, Premier, Specialist Health and Wellbeing, Swim Only or Ladies Gym Only – before 23.59 on 31 August 2026.
  • Free months membership will only be applied if the new joiner enters the promo code when joining online. If the promo code is not entered, the free month will not be applied.
  • All entries must be received by the closing date. Late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received during the qualifying period, or those where the unique promo code is not used.
  • Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
  • Entrants into the Promotion shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your Trust reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Reward to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promotion/Reward

New Joiner

  • Join a Your Trust membership and receive No Joining Fee (initial pro-rata payment applicable).
  • Offer applies to adult (14+) memberships only.
  • Minimum commitment period is three months.  Reward will be added to your referring member at the end of month three.
  • Standard membership terms and conditions apply.

Existing Member

  • Refer a friend to join and receive a free months membership.
  • Applies to adult (14+) Direct Debit and Annual members only.
  • Refer multiple friends, receive multiple free months up to a maximum of six per calendar year (January – December).
  • Free month/s will be applied following the third successful Direct Debit collection from the referred joiner.
  • Memberships must be live at the time of making the referral and payments must be up to date before any free months will be applied.
  • The closing date for the Promotion is 23:59 on 31 August 2026.
  • The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • The decision of Your Trust regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • Your Trust reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Eligibility

  • This Promotion is open to Your Trust members.
  • A maximum of 6 Rewards can be redeemed in one calendar year (January – December)

Limitation of Liability

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, Your Trust, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Your Trust, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection

  • Your Trust is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Your Trust Privacy Policy which is available on our website: www.yourtrustrochdale.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy/
  • By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Your Trust to administer the promotion.

Governing Law

  • Your Trust reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
