Hello, I’m Sam – with me you’ll be on the right path to getting closer to your fitness goals, whether it be strength training or weight loss. I aim to keep my clients feeling welcomed and comfortable in a gym setting, while achieving your personal goals.

I’ve always been an active person and have been training and competing consistently for the past 5 years – in both mixed martial arts and the gym itself.

My passion for fitness, and knowledge of what it takes to be a successful athlete is what lead me to become a PT. It’s now time to pass my knowledge and expertise onto my clients.

I believe that overall well-being is majorly important and plays a huge role in fitness be it physical or mental so join me and we can get started together.
