These terms and conditions apply to the Heywood Civic Audience Survey prize draw (“the Competition”) run by Your Trust of Middleton Arena, Lance Corporal Joel Halliwell VC Way, Middleton, Manchester M24 1AG (“the Promoter”), and by entering themselves into the Competition, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.

  • To enter the competition, entrants must complete the Heywood Civic Audience Survey and provide their contact details.
  • The prize draw will take place every three months, and entrants who have submitted their survey within the previous three month period will be eligible.
  • The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
  • The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen. If acknowledgement is not received within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to forfeit the winner’s prize and select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • Prize is two tickets to a Heywood Civic show of the winner’s choice, subject to availability. Please note, some promoters may choose not to take part in this promotion.
  • Prize is non refundable, non exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

Limitation of liability

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, Your Trust, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Your Trust, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity

  • By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Your Trust or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

Governing law

  • All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • Your Trust reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
