What is a sensory walk?
Sensory walk encourage participants to engage with their environment using all of their senses. They involve actively noticing and experiencing the world through sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste, fostering connection with nature and promoting wellbeing.
Sensory walks can be tailored to different ages and abilities, offering a range of sensory experiences along the way.

If you’re interested in joining a sensory walk
We offer sensory walks in various locations in the local area, on a monthly basis. Times, dates and venues will vary, but all locations are carefully selected to offer a suitable sensory walk experience, and walk routes will be suitable for those using mobility aids and wheelchairs.
