Cycling is a great form of low impact exercise which benefits physical and mental health. If you have never cycled before, or maybe learned as a child but haven’t cycled for a long time, then we have some ‘learn to ride’ sessions and some confidence building sessions (we can provide a suitable bike during these sessions). For those more confident, there are group bike rides (own bike needed). We also have some bicycle maintenance sessions planned, where you can learn to do basic safety checks, adjustments and repairs on your own bike. All cycling sessions are currently free of charge. For more information or to book, please email email@example.com or call 01706 926276
This cycling programme is for people over the age of 18, but please check out our children’s section for details of our cycling opportunities for children.
