5 Day Stained Glass Painting and Leading Workshop Series
In this 5-day workshop, you will learn techniques involved in painting on glass. This course allows you to make your own personalised stained-glass panel from your own drawingdesign. All materials are provided. Tools are also provided, but participants can bring their own if preferred. The process of painting, shading, and silver staining will be explained, and the final session will focus on leading, soldering, and polishing the final piece. There will be plenty of time to practice the technique. Each programme consists of 5 workshop days delivered over a two-month period (November to December and February to March).
The workshop programme will commence on 1 November and 1 February. Each programme consists of 5 workshop days delivered over a two-month period (November to December and February to March). The specific workshop dates will be agreed between the Workshop Leader and the customer to ensure they are suitable for all participants.
Following booking, the Workshop Leader will contact the customer directly via email to arrange five workshop sessions across the two-month delivery period.
For this course you must have good use of your hands and be able to work at a workbench. You should wear old clothes or an apronoveralls. Health & Safety: Please note that, because of the use of lead, this workshop is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
