Walking Football is football at a slower pace!  Designed for those who are looking to get back into football and stay active, or to introduce the sport to people who perhaps have never considered playing before.

Walking football is open to both men and women and all ages and abilities are welcome.  Sessions, delivered by friendly qualified coaches, cover skills and games in a social, friendly environment. Games are played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run and it’s a non-contact sport. Although tackling is allowed, this must be done with no contact.
