Manford’s Comedy Club returns to Middleton Arena!
This beautiful and impressive venue is the perfect space to play host to the award-winning comedy club.
Each show has a different line-up of four top comedians, who are all personally chosen by Jason Manford.
The full line-up is:
MC – Susan Murray
Winner of the first ever Jongleurs Competition and a seasoned regular on the circuit, Susan has emerged as one of the best female stand-ups in the UK and has been described as a cross between Frankie Boyle and Julie Walters.
Ricky Balshaw
A quick-witted, slow walking, fast rising star, Ricky Balshaw is without question, the funniest Paralympic Dressage medallist in the UK, perhaps the world. Stepping over his cerebral palsy like it’s the mildest of inconveniences, Ricky pulls his audience into a joyfully dark world of self-depreciating hilarity.
Josh Sedman
Josh Sedman is a Yorkshire-based comedian who has had fantastic reviews wherever he has performed. Comes fully equipped with ‘Wetherby Teeth’ (Yorkshire’s superior version of ‘Turkey Teeth’), a razor-sharp wit, and a lovely head of hair.
Nick Doody
Nick Doody is one of the brightest talents on the comedy circuit. Sharp and topical – he’s not afraid to say what he thinks; his brand of political comedy and satire has won him fans all over the country. Whilst still a student, Nick supported Bill Hicks on his final tour of the UK… Bill himself had requested Nick.
