These Senior Managers are responsible for setting the strategic direction for the organisation, leading, inspiring, directing and developing people, managing the financial performance and compliance and providing a great place to work amongst other responsibilities.
As part of our organisational structure, we have a Board of Trustees who ensure that we conduct our affairs in accordance with our purpose as outlined in the Rules of the organisation. The Board set the policies, strategies and objectives, and also supervise the Chief Executive.
