4 Day February School Holiday Adventure Programme – Tuesday to Friday 9am until 4pm

Our February 4 Day School Holiday Adventure Programme runs Tuesday to Friday (17th,18th, 19th, 20th of February 2026) 9am until 4pm for children aged 8 years (or Year 3) or over at Hollingworth Lake Water Activity Centre and is a great introduction to a variety of different activities and experiences and is a great way to have fun, make friends and learn new skills during the school holiday and costs £200 for all 4 consecutive days. Land based sessions will include team building challenges, archery, shelter building, explorer orienteering, learning about the weather and navigation skills, learning about nature and nature art and crafts and interesting quizzes. The on water sessions will be delivered in our bigger sturdier boats with instructors on board (no need for wetsuits) and you will get the opportunity to explore and navigate around the lake completing different challenges and learning new skills and learning about the history and heritage of the lake and area all with qualified and friendly staff. Activities will include bell boating, rafted canoeing and boat trips aboard the Lady Katherine Ferry boat and our new boat the Pennine Queen. Although wetsuits are not required please bring spare clothing, hat & gloves, waterproofs and coat, wellies or shoes you don’t mind getting wet and a packed lunch and drink.
