A seated (chair-based) yoga class incorporating stretching poses and relaxation, helping to increase flexibility, improve posture, help muscle strength and tone, and aid body awareness, all taking place while seated on a chair. Ideal for those who love yoga but struggle to get on and off of the floor or have issues with balance. You don’t need to be flexible, and this class is suitable for complete beginners. This class is inclusive and accessible to wheelchair users and those with a long term health condition or disability. Essential carers/support staff attend free.
