I’m Mohsan Gulzar a Personal Trainer based at Heywood Sports Village.

My passion for health and fitness began in 2006, when I first started working out at the age of 16 but it was on and off, also life got a bit crazy in my early twenties until one day I woke up and decided I’m changing my life for the better; at age of 27 I got back into the gym and I haven’t stopped since.

I then got the opportunity to do a Level 3 PT course in 2023 and in 2024 I achieved my Level 3 PT qualification, it has now become my passion to help others achieve their goals.

I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good – it’s about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and smash their fitness targets.
