Your Trust Early Help Memberships
Your Trust Early Help memberships are available to children and young people referred by Early Help professionals. The memberships are available for children and young people aged 5-25 years. The memberships are there to support the borough’s most vulnerable children by helping them to lead a more active, enjoyable and successful life. Children and young people who are supported by the Local authority through the following interventions can access the memberships:
- CIN – Child in Need
- EHA – Early Help Assessment
- CPP – Child Protection Plan
The memberships are also available to
- Young Carers
- Children and Young people identified through the VRU
