What will you be doing

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes using your excellent customer service skills to be the face of the Entertainment and Events operation at Middleton Arena, Heywood Civic Centre and other sites as required by being responsible for event set up and stewarding, artist and promoter liaison, box office and reception duties, caretaking, porterage and maintenance.

What we need from you

  • Qualified to GCSE Grade D or above in Maths and English
  • Proven experience of customer facing, event delivery and supporting operations
  • Supervisory or Team Leader experience within an events environment including
    mentoring, motivating and coaching
  • Experience of working in a licensed premises including front of house, cellar
    management and stock control
  • Experience of setting up and dismantling equipment and movement of stock
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Experience of cleaning and housekeeping
  • Knowledge and commercial awareness of performing arts and entertainment
    opportunities
  • Ability to co-ordinate tasks to deliver activities and events smoothly
